Addition of Guarantors. From time to time, the Borrower may, but shall not be required to, cause one or more of its Subsidiaries to become a Subsidiary Guarantor by causing such Subsidiary to (i) execute and deliver to the Administrative Agent a Subsidiary Guaranty or such other document as shall be reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent for such purpose, and (ii) deliver to the Administrative Agent documents of the types referred to in clauses (iii) and (iv) of Section 4.01(a), all in form, content and scope reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
