Common use of Addition of Guarantors Clause in Contracts

Addition of Guarantors. As promptly as possible but in any event within thirty (30) days after any Domestic Subsidiary becomes a Subsidiary of the Borrower, the Borrower shall cause each such Domestic Subsidiary to deliver to the Administrative Agent a duly executed supplement to the Guaranty pursuant to which such Subsidiary agrees to be bound by the terms and provisions of the Guaranty.

Addition of Guarantors. As promptly as possible but in any event within thirty (30) days after any Domestic Subsidiary becomes a Subsidiary of the BorrowerCompany, the Borrower Company shall cause each such Domestic Subsidiary to deliver to the Administrative Agent Lender a duly executed supplement to the Guaranty pursuant to which such Subsidiary agrees to be bound by the terms and provisions of the Guaranty.

Addition of Guarantors. As promptly as possible but in any event within thirty ninety (3090) days (or such later date as is agreed to by the Administrative Agent) after any Domestic Subsidiary becomes a Subsidiary of the Borrower, the Borrower shall cause each such Domestic Subsidiary to deliver to the Administrative Agent a duly executed supplement to the Guaranty pursuant to which such Subsidiary agrees to be bound by the terms and provisions of the Guaranty.
