ADDITION OF LICENSED FACILITIES. In the event that Licensee desires to add an additional Licensed Facility under this Agreement, Licensee may do so by notifying Paragon and paying to Paragon the current list price for the license fee for the number of authorized concurrent users at such new Licensed Facility.
