Common use of Addition of Negative Pledge Properties to the Borrowing Base Assets Clause in Contracts

Addition of Negative Pledge Properties to the Borrowing Base Assets. After the Closing Date, so long as no Default or Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, subject to the satisfaction by Borrower of the conditions set forth in this §5.5, Borrower shall have the right to request that a Negative Pledge Property be added to the Borrowing Base Assets. Real Estate constituting Negative Pledge Property not initially included as a Borrowing Base Asset shall be added to the Borrowing Base Assets if, as and when the following conditions precedent shall have been satisfied.
