Addition or Deletion of Alternate Bid Item(s). If Developer’s Proposal includes proposal(s) for Alternate Bid Item(s), during Developer’s performance of the Work, the District may elect to add or delete any such Alternate Bid Item(s) if not included in the Contract at the time the Guaranteed Maximum Price is agreed upon. If the District elects to add or delete Alternate Bid Item(s) after Contract award, the cost or credit for such Alternate Bid Item(s) shall be as set forth in the Proposal unless the parties agree to a different price and the Contract Time shall be adjusted by the number of days allocated in the Contract Documents. If days are not allocated in the Contract Documents, the Contract Time shall be equitably adjusted.
