Common use of Additional Acknowledgements Clause in Contracts

Additional Acknowledgements. The Employee acknowledges that: (i) the limitations as to time, geographical area, and scope of activity to be restrained by Paragraph 12 are reasonable and acceptable to the Employee, and do not impose any greater restraint than is reasonably necessary to protect the trade secrets and other Confidential Information, goodwill, and other legitimate business interests of the Company and its Affiliates; and (ii) the performance by the Employee of the covenants and agreements contained herein, and the enforcement by the Company of the provisions contained herein, will cause no undue hardship on the Employee.
