Common use of Additional Actions and Documents Clause in Contracts

Additional Actions and Documents. Each of the parties hereto agrees that it will, at any time, prior to, at or after the Closing Date, take or cause to be taken such further actions, and execute, deliver and file or cause to be executed, delivered and filed such further documents and instruments, and obtain such consents, as may be necessary or reasonably requested in connection with the consummation of the purchase and sale contemplated by this Agreement or in order to fully effectuate the purposes, terms and conditions of this Agreement.
