Common use of Additional Actions and Documents Clause in Contracts

Additional Actions and Documents. Each Member shall take or cause to be taken such further actions and shall execute, acknowledge, deliver, and file such further documents and instruments, and use reasonable efforts to obtain such consents, as may be necessary or as may be reasonably requested in order to maintain the Company pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
