ADDITIONAL ACTIONS, DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION. Buyer agrees that it will, at any time, prior to, at or after the Closing Date, take or cause to be taken such further actions, and execute, deliver and file or cause to be executed, delivered and filed such further documents and instruments and obtain such consents, as may be reasonably requested by Seller in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
