Additional Administration Responsibilities. The Municipality shall perform all other work which becomes necessary to properly Administer the Construction Project and inspect the work of the Prime Contractor in order to ensure compliance with the Standard Specifications, the bid package documents, and the Municipality’s contract with the Prime Contractor, including, but not limited to, the Special Provisions for the particular Construction Project. Any work performed by the DOT in order to assist with the Municipality’s Administration responsibilities for the Construction Project and any associated expenses will be funded in accordance with the PAL.
