Common use of Additional Administrative Services Clause in Contracts

Additional Administrative Services. Any other services reasonably necessary for the effective administration of the School as agreed to from time to time by Manager and the School. (A) The Administrative Services will be provided in a manner consistent with the Educational Program, the Sponsorship Agreement, and local, State and federal laws and applicable regulations and policies. (B) Subject to this Agreement, the Sponsorship Agreement, and applicable laws and regulations, Manager may modify the methods, means and manner by which such Administrative Services are provided at any time, provided that Manager supplies the School with written notice of material modifications.
