Common use of Additional Agent Clause in Contracts

Additional Agent. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Company may authorize any other person, partnership or corporation (an “Additional Agent”) to act as its agent to solicit offers for the purchase of all or part of the Notes of the Company and the Company shall give the Agents prompt notice of such authorization; provided, however, any Additional Agent shall execute this Agreement and become a party hereto and thereafter the term Agent as used in this Agreement shall mean the Agents and such Additional Agent.
