(1) By providing this ACH Authorization, you agree on behalf of the Payee that Trustee may obtain information from third parties, including credit reports and other consumer reports regarding the named Xxxxx, to verify Xxxxx’s identity and to verify other information that you are providing in this ACH Authorization.
