Executive will also be expected to sign and comply with the Employment, Non-Competition, Confidential Information and Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement attached as Exhibit B (the “IP Agreement”), which requires, among other things, the assignment of rights to any intellectual property made during Executive’s association with the Company, and non-disclosure of proprietary information.
