Additional Amendment Supplemental Agreements. Section 8.01 Amendment of Sections 5.02, 6.07, 7.09, 8.04, 9.01, 12.01 and 12.02 of the Basic Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, the Basic Agreement shall be deemed amended as follows:
