Common use of Additional and After-Acquired Title Clause in Contracts

Additional and After-Acquired Title. If Lessor now owns or subsequently acquires any further right, title or interest in or to the Property, Lessor shall promptly provide Lessee with written notice thereof and such right, title and interest shall, without payment of additional consideration, be part of the Property subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
