ADDITIONAL AND AFTER-HOUR SERVICES. (a) At Tenant’s written request, Landlord shall furnish additional quantities of any of the services or utilities specified in Section 6.1, if Landlord can reasonably do so, on the terms set forth herein. For services or utilities requested by Tenant and furnished by Landlord, Tenant shall pay to Landlord as a charge therefor Landlord’s prevailing rates charged from time to time for such services and utilities.
