Common use of ADDITIONAL AND AFTER-HOUR SERVICES Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL AND AFTER-HOUR SERVICES. At Tenant's request, Landlord shall furnish additional quantities of any of the services or utilities specified in Section 6.01, if Landlord can reasonably do so, on the terms set forth herein. Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a written request for such additional services or utilities prior to 2:00 P.M. on Monday through Friday (except National Holidays) for service on those days, and prior to 2:00 P.M. on the last business day prior to Saturday, Sunday or a National Holiday. For services or utilities requested by Tenant and furnished by Landlord, Tenant shall pay to Landlord as a charge therefor Landlord's prevailing rates for such services and utilities. If Tenant shall fail to make any such payment, Landlord may, upon notice to Tenant and in addition to Landlord's other remedies under this Lease, discontinue any or all of such additional services.

Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a written request for such additional services or utilities prior to 2:00 3:00 P.M. on Monday through Friday (except National Holidays) for service on an those days, and prior to 2:00 3:00 P.M. on the last lost business day prior to Saturday, Sunday or a National Holiday. For services or utilities requested by Tenant and furnished by Landlord, Tenant shall shot[ pay to Landlord as a charge therefor Landlord's prevailing rates for such services and utilities. If Tenant shall fail to make any such payment, Landlord may, upon notice to Tenant and in addition to Landlord's other remedies under this Lease, discontinue any or all of such additional services.
