Additional and Substitute Member. No person shall be admitted as a Member of the Company after the date of formation of the Company without the written consent or approval of the Member. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any assignee of Maracay Homes Arizona I, L.L.C. shall automatically become a substitute Member of the Company.
