Additional and successor agents. The Issuers and the Guarantor (acting together) may appoint a successor fiscal agent, registrar or calculation agent and additional or successor paying agents and transfer agents and shall forthwith give notice of any such appointment to the continuing Agents and the Noteholders, whereupon the Issuers, the Guarantor, the continuing Agents, and the additional or successor fiscal agent, registrar, calculation agent, transfer agent or paying agent shall acquire and become subject to the same rights and obligations between themselves as if they had entered into an agreement in the form mutatis mutandis of this Agreement. In the event that Definitive Notes are issued and the Agent informs the Issuers and the Guarantor that it is unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement, the Issuers and the Guarantor (acting together) shall forthwith appoint an additional agent in accordance with this Clause 14.6 which is able to perform such obligations.
