Common use of Additional and successor agents Clause in Contracts

Additional and successor agents. In relation to any Series, the Issuer may (with the prior written approval of the Trustee) appoint a successor registrar or principal paying agent and additional or successor transfer agents or paying agents and shall forthwith give notice of any such appointment to Gazprom, the continuing Agents, the Noteholders of the relevant Series and the Trustee, whereupon Gazprom, the Issuer, the continuing Agents, the Trustee and the additional or successor registrar, principal paying agent, transfer agent or paying agent shall acquire and become subject to the same rights and obligations between themselves as if they had entered into an agreement in the form mutatis mutandis of this Agreement.
