Common use of Additional and successor agents Clause in Contracts

Additional and successor agents. ‌ The Issuer may from time to time with the prior written approval of the Trustee appoint one or more additional and/or successor principal paying agents, paying agents, reference agents or registrars and shall forthwith give notice of any such appointment to the continuing Agents, the Noteholders, the Residual Certificateholders, PML as Administrator and the Trustee, whereupon the additional or successor agents shall acquire and become subject to the same rights and obligations between themselves as if they had entered into an agreement in the form mutatis mutandis of this Agreement.

Additional and successor agents. ‌ The Issuer may from time to time with the prior written approval of the Trustee appoint one or more additional and/or successor principal paying agents, paying agents, reference agents or registrars and shall forthwith give notice of any such appointment to the continuing Agents, the Noteholders, the Residual Certificateholders, PML as Administrator and the Trustee, whereupon the additional or successor agents shall acquire and become subject to the same rights and obligations between themselves as if they had entered into an agreement in the form mutatis mutandis of this Agreement.

Additional and successor agents. ‌ The Issuer may from time to time (with the prior written approval of the Trustee and upon consultation with the Bank) appoint one or more additional and/or a successor principal paying agents, agent and additional or successor paying agents, reference agents or registrars and shall forthwith give notice of any such appointment to the Bank, the continuing Agents, the Noteholders, the Residual Certificateholders, PML as Administrator Noteholders and the Trustee, whereupon the Issuer, the continuing Agents, the Trustee and the additional or successor agents principal paying agent or paying agent shall acquire and become subject to the same rights and obligations between themselves as if they had entered into an agreement in the form mutatis mutandis of this Agreement.

Additional and successor agents. ‌ The Issuer Issuers (acting together) may from time to time (with the prior written approval of the Trustee Trustee) appoint one or more additional and/or a successor principal paying agents, agent or calculation agent and additional or successor paying agents, reference agents or registrars and shall forthwith give notice of any such appointment to the continuing Agents, the Noteholders, the Residual Certificateholders, PML as Administrator Noteholders and the Trustee, whereupon the Issuers, the continuing Agents, the Trustee and the additional or successor agents principal paying agent or calculation agent shall acquire and become subject to the same rights and obligations between themselves as if they had entered into an agreement in the form mutatis mutandis of this Agreement.

Additional and successor agents. ‌ The Issuer may from time to time with the prior written approval of the Trustee appoint one additional Paying Agents and/or a successor Principal Paying Agent, successor Paying Agent or more additional and/or a successor principal paying agents, paying agents, reference agents or registrars Agent Bank in accordance with the Conditions and shall forthwith give notice of any such appointment to the continuing Agents, Agents and the Noteholders, whereupon the Residual CertificateholdersIssuer, PML as Administrator the continuing Agents and the Trusteesuccessor Agents or any of them, whereupon the additional or successor agents shall acquire and become subject to the same rights and obligations between themselves as if they had then entered into an agreement in the form form, mutatis mutandis mutandis, of this Paying Agency Agreement.
