Common use of Additional and successor agents Clause in Contracts

Additional and successor agents. The Issuer may (with the prior written approval of the Trustee and upon consultation with the Bank) appoint a successor principal paying agent and additional or successor paying agents and shall give notice of any such appointment to the Bank, the continuing Agents, the Noteholders and the Trustee, whereupon the Issuer, the continuing Agents, the Trustee and the additional or successor principal paying agent or paying agent shall acquire and become subject to the same rights and obligations between themselves as if they had entered into an agreement in the form mutatis mutandis of this Agreement.

Additional and successor agents. The Issuer may (from time to time with the prior written approval of the Trustee and upon consultation with the Bank) appoint a one or more additional and/or successor principal paying agent and additional agents, paying agents, reference agents or successor paying agents registrars and shall forthwith give notice of any such appointment to the Bank, the continuing Agents, the Noteholders Noteholders, the Administrator and the Trustee, whereupon the Issuer, the continuing Agents, the Trustee and the additional or successor principal paying agent or paying agent agents shall acquire and become subject to the same rights and obligations between themselves as if they had entered into an agreement in the form mutatis mutandis of this Agreement.

Additional and successor agents. ‌ The Issuer Issuers (acting together) may (with the prior written approval of the Trustee and upon consultation with the BankTrustee) appoint a successor principal paying agent or calculation agent and additional or successor paying agents and shall forthwith give notice of any such appointment to the Bank, the continuing Agents, the Noteholders and the Trustee, whereupon the IssuerIssuers, the continuing Agents, the Trustee and the additional or successor principal paying agent or paying calculation agent shall acquire and become subject to the same rights and obligations between themselves as if they had entered into an agreement in the form mutatis mutandis of this Agreement.

The Issuer may (with the prior written approval of the Trustee and upon consultation appoint additional Paying Agents and/or a successor Principal Paying Agent, successor Paying Agent or a successor Agent Bank in accordance with the Bank) appoint a successor principal paying agent and additional or successor paying agents Conditions and shall forthwith give notice of any such appointment to the Bank, the continuing Agents, the Noteholders Agents and the TrusteeNoteholders, whereupon the Issuer, the continuing Agents, the Trustee Agents and the additional successor Agents or successor principal paying agent or paying agent any of them, shall acquire and become subject to the same rights and obligations between themselves as if they had then entered into an agreement in the form form, mutatis mutandis mutandis, of this Paying Agency Agreement.
