Additional and successor agents. The Issuers and the Guarantor may (with the prior written approval of the Trustee) appoint a successor principal paying agent, registrar or calculation agent and additional or successor paying agents and transfer agents and shall forthwith give notice of any such appointment to the continuing Agents, the Noteholders and the Trustee, whereupon the Issuers and the Guarantor, the continuing Agents, the Trustee and the additional or successor principal paying agent, registrar, calculation agent, paying agent, transfer agent or paying agent shall acquire and become subject to the same rights and obligations between themselves as if they had entered into an agreement in the form mutatis mutandis of this Agreement.
