Additional Appropriations. The Secretary will explore mechanisms to arrange for additional appropriations or other funding mechanisms to assist the Parties in taking additional Lower Basin drought response actions in a manner consistent with the goals of this LB DCP Agreement.
Additional Appropriations. If at any time it is determined that an additional appropriation is necessary over and above the appropriations contained in the Department’s current budget, whether such appropriation is from existing funds or funds to become available from whatever source, such additional appropriation must first be approved by the Board by a majority vote, and then be submitted to the Commissioners and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Council, which shall either approve or reject the additional appropriation in accordance with its regular procedures.
