Additional Approval Required Sample Clauses

The "Additional Approval Required" clause establishes that certain actions, decisions, or transactions under the agreement cannot proceed without obtaining further consent from a specified party or authority. In practice, this may apply to situations such as subcontracting work, making significant changes to project scope, or incurring expenses beyond a set threshold, where the party must seek and receive explicit approval before moving forward. This clause serves to maintain oversight and control, ensuring that key stakeholders have the opportunity to review and authorize important matters, thereby reducing the risk of unauthorized commitments or actions.
