Additional Assignments and Assumptions; Official Forms. Seller and Purchaser shall duly execute, acknowledge, and deliver such other assignments, assumptions, bills of sale, or deeds necessary to transfer the Acquired Assets to Purchaser and for Purchaser to assume the Assumed Liabilities, including any conveyances on official forms of relevant Governmental Authorities and related documentation necessary to transfer the Acquired Assets to Purchaser, and for Purchaser to assume the Assumed Liabilities in accordance with this Agreement and the requirements of Law.
