Additional Authorization. Except as disclosed on Schedule 5.33 and except for the Lender Estoppel Letter, no approval of any person not a party to this Agreement is necessary for the contribution by such Transferor Partner of the Transferor Partnership Interests held by such Transferor Partner and the performance of such Transferor Partner's obligations under this Agreement.
Additional Authorization. Except as provided in Section 17.03, no approval of any person not a party to this Agreement is necessary for the assignment by the Borrower Corporate General Partner of the Borrower General Partnership Interest in the Borrower Partnership to the Borrower LLC General Partner and the performance of the Borrower Corporate General Partnership's obligations under this Agreement.
Additional Authorization. No approval of any person not a party to this Agreement is necessary for the contribution by such Transferor Member of the Transferor Membership Interests held by such Transferor Member and the performance of such Transferor Member's obligations under this Agreement.
Additional Authorization. Additional authorization for dues deduction may be received after August 1st under rules established by the State Board of Education.
Additional Authorization. The Parties further authorize AGUA to take any other actions required to carry out the Project and the agreed intent of the Parties including but not limited to, authorizing AGUA to approach and negotiate with additional entities to potentially become a party to AGUA.
Additional Authorization. As further described below, this Addendum allows us to provide your Authorized Content (defined below) to our Licensees that specialize in licensing sound recordings (and the musical works embodied therein) for a variety of contexts, including film, television, video games, websites, multimedia, user- generated content, and various application programming interface ("API") services. Please keep in mind that, although you may have defined the Authorized Territory for the use of Your Authorized Content for other purposes (e.g., for purposes of the Digital Download and Distribution Service), all licenses and authorizations granted, and all representations, warranties, undertakings and covenants made by you under this Sync Distribution Addendum are for uses and exploitations throughout the universe.
Additional Authorization. Authors must refer requests for all uses not included in Section 7 above, including the authorization of third parties to reproduce or otherwise use all or part of the Work (including figures and tables), to the American Academy of Pediatrics, Permissions Department, 000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxx., Xxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000; phone (000) 000-0000, fax (847) 000- 0000.
Additional Authorization. By proceeding with this transaction, you authorize DISH, and/or any debt collection agency and/or debt collection attorney hired by DISH, to contact you by phone, email, sms, or other channels regarding your DISH Network account and any other accounts we service, or to recover any unpaid portion of your obligation to DISH, through an automated or predictive dialing system or prerecorded messaging system, at the phone number (including any cellular phone number), or other contact information you have provided or subsequently provide to DISH. You understand that you do not need to provide a cellular phone number to receive DISH services.
Additional Authorization. By proceeding with this transaction, you authorize DISH, and/or any debt collection agency and/or debt collection attorney hired by DISH, to contact you regarding your DISH Network account and any other accounts we service, or to recover any unpaid portion of your obligation to DISH, through an automated or predictive dialing system or prerecorded messaging system, at the phone number (including any cellular phone number), or other contact information you have provided or subsequently provide to DISH. You understand that you do not need to provide a cellular phone number to receive DISH services.
Additional Authorization. Lessor's obligations under the Lease are further conditioned upon Lessor having received the Bill xx Sale and an opinion of counsel for Lessee as to the matters set forth in paragraph A above.
