Additional Benefits Following Termination under Subsection. 5(a)(vi). This Subsection 5(c) sets forth the benefits to which Executive shall be entitled, in addition to those set forth in Subsection 5(b)(iii), following a Termination of the Employment Period under Subsection 5(a)(vi). Executive shall not be entitled to the benefit of any provision of this Subsection 5(c) following a Termination of the Employment Period under any other provision hereof.
