Common use of Additional Borrower Counterpart Clause in Contracts

Additional Borrower Counterpart. Such Person shall execute an Additional Borrower Counterpart to this Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit J (the "Additional Borrower Counterpart") or such other agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the Global Administrative Agent.
