Additional Cancellation Information. 1. Residents whose Agreement cancellation requests are not approved or who submit false information on their petition will be required to fulfill all terms and conditions of the Agreement. 2. Residents dismissed from the University for academic reasons will not be charged an Agreement cancellation fee.

A Resident who submits false information may also be subject to additional disciplinary action by CSB.
ii. A Resident who is dismissed from CSB for academic reasons will not be charged an Agreement cancellation fee.
iii. Releases from the cancellation fee are not given for roommate, community, dietary/food service concerns or the inability to select the students preferred housing in the housing selection process.

Additional Cancellation Information. 1) Cancellation requests for any reason other than those set forth above, including, but not limited to, roommate conflicts, dissatisfaction with the community, dietary/dining service concerns, or the inability to select a preferred CSB Residential Facilities in the housing selection process will be denied and Resident will remain liable for Housing Rate payments for the assigned Residential Facility Space and meal plan costs.
2) A Resident whose Agreement cancellation request is denied or who submits false information on their petition shall remain bound by the full terms and conditions of this Agreement. A Resident that submits false information may also be subject to disciplinary action.
3) If Resident is dismissed from CSB for academic or disciplinary reasons, Resident will not be charged an Agreement cancellation fee.

The end result of which could be; assigned a new roommate, moved to a new room, or pay a higher rate due to under occupancy. • Should housing needs exceed capacity, rooms in the Courtyard House(s) may be tripled. • If a student withdraws and re-enrolls within the same academic year, the University reserves the right to reinstate the contract through the end of the academic year.
