Additional Capital Contributions and General Partner's Loans. A. Other than as expressly set forth in this Article III, no Limited Partner shall be required or permitted to make any Additional Capital Contributions, Partner's Loans, or other contributions, loans or advances to the Partnership; however, the General Partner may make, in its sole discretion, Additional Capital Contributions, Loans, or advances to the Partnership.
