Common use of Additional Capital Contributions, Loans and Guaranties Clause in Contracts

Additional Capital Contributions, Loans and Guaranties. No Member shall have any obligation to make any additional Capital Contributions to the Company. Nor shall any Member be obligated to advance any funds, guarantee any loans or otherwise to incur personal liability with respect to any loan to the Company. However, nothing herein shall prohibit or limit the right of any Member to make additional Capital Contributions to the Company.
