Additional Charges for Wholesale Resale Services. In addition to the rates set forth in the Pricing Schedule, CLEC shall pay CBT (i) for any applicable charges or fees incident to the establishment or provision of the Wholesale Resale Services requested by CLEC, including channel charges, initial non-recurring charges and construction charges, and (ii) the applicable non-discounted end user common line charge, as set forth in F.C.C. No. 35, Section 4, as well as any other non-discounted end-user charges which may be set forth in Commission regulations (e.g., end-user 911 charge and PIC Change Charge)
