Additional Collections Clause Samples
Additional Collections. In addition to the Collections required above, Contactor shall make additional collections as may be requested from time to time by the School District. When an additional collection is required, the School District shall notify the supervisor identified per Section 3.4 of the need for the additional collection by phone or in writing (by e-mail). Collection Contractor shall perform that collection on the following business day. Subject to Sections 4.1 and 4.2, Collection Contractor shall invoice the School District for such additional collection, at the respective price(s) set forth in Exhibit G.
Additional Collections. CONTRACTOR shall provide extra pick-up collection services for a 21 PLC no later than 7:00 a.m. on the next business day following notification by the 22 City Representative that extra pickup services are needed at a PLC. A Business 23 day is defined as any day Monday through Sunday.
Additional Collections. Franchisee and the City may, throughout the term of this Agreement, arrange for additional collections at rates to be mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
