Common use of Additional Commitment Lenders Clause in Contracts

Additional Commitment Lenders. The Borrower Representative shall have the right on or before the applicable Anniversary Date to replace each Non-Extending Lender with, and add as “Lenders” under this Agreement in place thereof, one or more Eligible Assignees (as an Assuming Lender), each of which Assuming Lenders shall have entered into an Assumption Agreement pursuant to which such Assuming Lender shall, effective as of the applicable Anniversary Date, undertake a Commitment (and, if any such Assuming Lender is already a Lender, its Commitment shall be in addition to such Xxxxxx’s Commitment hereunder on such date).

The Borrower ParentBorrower Representative shall have the right on or before the applicable Anniversary Date to replace each Non-Extending Lender with, and add as “Lenders” under this Agreement in place thereof, one or more Eligible Assignees (as an Assuming Lender), each of which Assuming Lenders shall have entered into an Assumption Agreement pursuant to which such Assuming Lender shall, effective as of the applicable Anniversary Date, undertake a Commitment (and, if any such Assuming Lender is already a Lender, its Commitment shall be in addition to such XxxxxxLender’s Commitment hereunder on such date).
