Additional Communications Licences. Notify the COFACE Agent within thirty (30) days after the acquisition of any Material Communications Licence and cause any Communications Licence issued by the FCC or the ANFR that is acquired by the Borrower or any Subsidiary thereof after the date of this Agreement to be held by a Licence Subsidiary.
