Additional Components. You may install an unlimited number of copies of the additional components you have licensed for your system database. You must obtain a separate license for each system database if you wish to install an additional component for multiple system databases. You may not duplicate license keys without Microsoft’s express written consent. Additional Components. (a) In addition to the terms and conditions set out herein, the Agreement also includes the information set out in Quomo Hub and any Schedules.
(b) The Merchant also agrees that Swipe International Ltd’s Use Policy is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and provides additional terms and conditions related to the Services. This document is an “Ancillary Document” for the purpose of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, neither the Ancillary Documents nor the parts of this Agreement that incorporate the terms of the Ancillary Documents constitute “framework contracts” for the purpose of the EU Payment Services Directive, as amended from time to time or any implementation of that directive in the EU or EEA (including, without limitation, the UK Payment Services Regulations 2017, as amended from time to time).
(c) The Merchant accepts all of the documents and/or rules listed in this clause 14.11 as part of this Agreement.
Additional Components. ACRC and the LEA mutually acknowledge and agree to the need for ongoing professional development activities and joint training of staff regarding the implementation of the California Early Start Program, as defined in California statutes, regulations and policies within Sacramento County. The training activities will include the staff of the ACRC vendor infant programs. Copies of this agreement shall be made available to all staff of the parties of the agreement and appropriate training shall be provided through the respective agencies to ensure continuity of implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding.
