This license does not grant you any right to bug fixes, enhancements, updates or new versions, but if such are made available to and are obtained by you, then they shall become part of the Licensed Software and governed by the terms of this License. Inventivio GmbH reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this License.
Additional Concerns. Should the Board of Regents require additional surveys or review prior to authorization of this Lease, City agrees to pay for all such surveys or reviews. Such surveys or reviews include, but are not limited to, the following: land survey, water rights survey, archeological survey and enrichment survey.

At any time during the supervised period the supervisor or the supervised midwife may, after notifying the other party, report concerns with respect to the matters outlined above or regarding any other aspect of the supervision arrangement to the Registrar of the College of Midwives of Alberta.
