Additional Conditions Reporting Period. (i) It is a condition precedent to recovery under this extension that all expenses insured by this extension be incurred and reported to the Insurer with 180 days of the spill, discharge, emission, dispersal, seepage, leakage, release, migration or escape of “pollutants” for which “clean-up” expenses are being claimed.
