Common use of Additional Conditions to Closing Clause in Contracts

Additional Conditions to Closing. Bank shall be under no obligation to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement until each of the conditions listed in this paragraph 14 has been satisfied. Whenever a condition contained herein requires delivery of an agreement or other document to Bank, each such agreement or other document shall be in form and substance satisfactory to Bank in its sole discretion.
