Additional Confidential Information. (a) The parties may agree in writing after the date of this Agreement that certain additional information is to constitute Confidential Information for the purposes of this Agreement.
(b) Where the parties agree in writing after the date of this Agreement that certain additional information is to constitute Confidential Information for the purposes of this Agreement, this documentation is incorporated into, and becomes part of this Agreement, on the date by which both parties have signed this documentation.
Additional Confidential Information. 61.5.1 The Parties may agree in writing at any time that certain additional information is to constitute Confidential Information for the purposes of this Services Agreement, and that Documentation will be Confidential Information from the date agreed.

In addition to protection of the Products, ITI's software and any documentation for either, as provided in Section 7.1, both parties agree to hold in trust and confidence, to take all reasonable steps to avoid publication or disclosure of, and to treat the other party's Confidential Information in the same manner as it treats its own. Nothing in this clause 29 derogates from any obligation which either party may have either under the Law, or under this Contract, in relation to, privacy, the protection of personal information and security. Protection of personal information The Customer is subject to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This clause 30 sets out certain obligations regarding the use of Personal Information that apply to the performance of the Contract by the Contractor in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements set out in this clause 30 when performing the Contract and will immediately notify the Commonwealth if it becomes aware of a failure to do so, in which case the Contractor agrees to take action to rectify that failure as reasonably required by the Commonwealth. For the avoidance of doubt, this clause applies only where the Contractor deals with personal information when, and for the purpose of, providing Services under this Contract, but does not derogate from any obligations the Contractor may have under the Law or its security obligations under this Contract. If the Contractor engages a subcontractor to deliver, or assist in the delivery, of any of the Services under this Contract, it must ensure that the subcontract imposes obligations on the subcontractor equivalent to the obligations set out in this clause 30 (including this requirement in relation to subcontracts).
