Additional Confidentiality Procedures. In the event Moderna or any Affiliate of Moderna that does work hereunder or is in possession of Confidential Information of Merck undergoes a Business Combination, neither Merck nor any Affiliate of Merck shall be required to assign to Moderna any right, title or interest in or to any [***] conceived, created or discovered following such Business Combination.
