Common use of Additional Consents Clause in Contracts

Additional Consents. No filing, registration, qualification, notice, consent, approval or authorization to, with or from any Person (excluding Governmental Authorities) is necessary in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the Related Agreements by Buyer, or the consummation of the transactions by Buyer contemplated hereby.

No filing, registration, qualification, notice, consent, approval or authorization to, with or from any Person (excluding Governmental Authorities) individual, corporation, partnership, trust, limited liability company or other entity is necessary in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the Related Agreements by BuyerAgreement, or the consummation by each Grantor of the transactions by Buyer contemplated hereby.
