Additional Consortium Member Clause Samples

Additional Consortium Member. The Parties may together agree to admit one or more additional members (the "Additional Members") of the Consortium which will provide equity capital and/or debt financing to the Consortium for the consummation of the Transaction. Any additional member admitted to the Consortium shall execute an adherence agreement to this Agreement in the form attached hereto as Schedule B (the "Adherence Agreement") and upon its execution of the Adherence Agreement, such additional member shall become an Additional Member for the purposes of this Agreement.
