ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS/MODIFICATION Sample Clauses

The 'Additional Constructions/Modification' clause defines the process and conditions under which changes or additions to the original scope of work may be requested and executed during a project. Typically, this clause outlines how parties can propose modifications, the approval process required, and how any adjustments to cost, timeline, or specifications will be handled. For example, if the client wants to add a new room or alter design features after work has begun, this clause governs how such requests are managed. Its core function is to provide a clear framework for handling changes, thereby minimizing disputes and ensuring that all parties understand how modifications will impact the project.
