ADDITIONAL CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES. A. To the extent Contractor is a mandated reporter of suspected child and/or dependent adult abuse and neglect, it shall ensure that its employees, agents, volunteers, subcontractors, and independent contractors are made aware of, understand, and comply with all reporting requirements. Contractor shall immediately notify County of any incident or condition resulting in injury, harm, or risk of harm to any child or dependent adult served under this Contract.
ADDITIONAL CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES. 27.1 Contractor shall be responsible for the entire performance under this Contract, regardless of whether the Contractor itself performs.
ADDITIONAL CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES. 2 5.1 CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR, in writing, within twenty- 3 four (24) hours if the position for CONTRACTOR’S physician for Child Abuse 4 Medical Evaluation and Physician Services becomes vacant due to resignation, 5 termination, leave of absence, or other reason.
ADDITIONAL CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES. In addition to providing the services described in Paragraph 5 of this Exhibit, CONTRACTOR agrees to: Provide a minimum of three (3) non-FaCT funded onsite services throughout the term of this Agreement. Provide ADMINISTRATOR a bi-annual detailed marketing plan for each contracted service, and revise, if necessary, as requested by ADMINISTRATOR. Actively engage the community, including local residents, faith-based groups, businesses, public and private organizations, civic groups, and others in the planning and implementation of services that promote the well-being, safety, and permanency of children, families, and communities.
ADDITIONAL CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES. Contractor shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, and regulations and the orders and decrees of any court, administrative body, or tribunal in any matter affecting the performance of this Contract, including applicable workers’ compensation laws, compensation statutes and regulations, and licensing laws and regulations. Upon THECB’s request, Contractor shall furnish THECB with satisfactory proof of its compliance. Contractor shall be responsible for damage to THECB’s equipment, and/or the workplace and its contents by Contractor’s or its subcontractors’ work, negligence in work, personnel, and equipment. Contractor shall be responsible and liable for the safety and health of its employees and contractors while they are performing work for THECB under this Contract. Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment necessary to furnish the goods or perform the services. All employees of Contractor shall be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age and experienced in the type of work to be performed. Contractor shall permit no visitors or relatives of Contractor’s employees and contractors on THECB’s property unless they also are bona fide employees or subcontractors of Contractor.

Contractor shall immediately notify JPA of any incident or condition resulting in injury, harm, or risk of harm to any child or dependent adult served under this Contract.
B. Contractor will immediately notify JPA of any active complaints, lawsuits, licensing or regulatory investigations, reports of fraud or malfeasance, or criminal investigations regarding its operations. Contractor agrees to work cooperatively with JPA in response to any investigation commenced by JPA with regard to this Contract or the clients served herein, including providing any/all records requested by JPA related thereto.
C. Contractor shall employ reasonable background check procedures on all employees, prospective employees, volunteers and consultants performing work involving direct contact with minor children or dependent adults under this Contract, including fingerprinting and criminal records checks, sexual offender registry checks, and reference checks, including both personal and professional references.
ADDITIONAL CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES. On a monthly basis, CONTRACTOR shall allocate funds to provide PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS with housing to include rent, utilities, transportation, purchase of food for meals and snacks, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, clothing, telephone, and other necessities. Personal Needs CONTRACTOR shall: Provide initial supplies for personal care items, including, but not limited to, toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, hair care items, and hygienic supplies. CONTRACTOR shall inform PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS that subsequent purchases of personal care items are the responsibility of the PROGRAM PARTICIPANT. Personal items shall be the property of each PROGRAM PARTICIPANT and shall be retained by PROGRAM PARTICIPANT upon exiting the program. Provide initial supply of clean towels, mattress pads, pillows, sheets, and blankets. Provide a secure, separate storage area for personal items for each PROGRAM PARTICIPANT. Absence CONTRACTOR shall: Notify ADMINISTRATOR if PROGRAM PARTICIPANT has an unauthorized absence as defined in Subparagraph 2.19 of this Attachment. Consult with the CFS Liaison, ASW, or DPO if a PROGRAM PARTICIPANT’s whereabouts are unknown and reasonable suspicion exists that PROGRAM PARTICIPANT is a victim of harm or foul play, or has competency issues.
