ADDITIONAL CONTRIBUTION ON DISSOLUTION. If, upon dissolution of the Partnership and after allocation of any Profit arising from such dissolution and liquidation of the Partnership's assets, any Partner has a negative Capital Account, such Partner shall not be obligated to contribute cash to the Partnership in an amount sufficient to eliminate such negative Capital Account.
