Common use of Additional Contributions and Advances Clause in Contracts

Additional Contributions and Advances. Pursuant to Government Code Section 6504, the Parties may in their sole discretion make financial contributions, loans or advances to the Authority for the purposes of the Authority set forth in this Agreement. The repayment of such contributions, loans or advances will be on the written terms agreed to by the Party making the contribution, loan or advance and the Authority.
