Additional Controls and Restrictions. (a) To the extent that Micron provides to NTC any layout data, schematics data, scribe line test patterns, internal architecture specifications, test modes and configurations, and/or similarly sensitive information, NTC shall only store such information on secure servers subject to password protection, and NTC shall limit access to such information to only those of its Representatives (as defined in the Micron-NTC Mutual NDA) who have a need to access such information for the purposes of exercising NTC's rights under this Agreement.
