Additional Conveyance Instruments. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this ▇▇▇▇ of Sale is not applicable to any Seller’s sale, assignment, conveyance, transfer or delivery of (a) the Owned Real Property, the conveyance of which is governed by one or more deeds being delivered by Sellers or their Affiliates to Buyers in connection with the Closing or (b) the Assigned Contracts, the assignment of which is governed by an assignment and assumption agreement being delivered by Sellers or their Affiliates to Buyers in connection with the Closing.
