Common use of Additional Covenant Defaults Clause in Contracts

Additional Covenant Defaults. Seller shall fail to observe or perform any other covenant or agreement contained in this Agreement (and not identified in clause (c) of Section 13), or any other Seller Party shall fail to observe or perform any covenant or agreement contained in any other Facility Document to which such Seller Party is a party, and if such default shall be capable of being remedied, such failure to observe or perform shall continue unremedied for a period of 1 Business Day; or

Additional Covenant Defaults. A Seller Party shall fail to observe or perform any other covenant or agreement contained in this Agreement (and not identified in clause (cSection 12(c)) of Section 13), or any other Seller Party shall fail to observe or perform any covenant or agreement contained in any other Facility Document to which such Seller Party is a partyProgram Document, and if such default shall be capable of being remedied, and such failure to observe or perform shall continue unremedied for a period of 1 five (5) Business DayDays; or
