Additional Covenants of Each Transferor Regarding the Terms of the Accounts. Each Transferor, in its capacity as purchaser of Receivables from any Account Owner (each, a “Receivables Originator”) pursuant to a Receivables Purchase Agreement (if any) to which such Transferor is a party, hereby covenants that such Transferor will at all times enforce the covenants and agreements of such Receivables Originators in such Receivables Purchase Agreements, including covenants to the effect set forth below only to the extent to which they are enforceable against such Receivables Originators pursuant to such Receivables Purchase Agreements:
